*SERVICE REDO’S AND PRODUCT REFUNDS Product refunds must take place within (3) days of initial purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds. Service redo’s must be rescheduled within (7) days of original appointment. There may be additional charges associated with service redo’s, depending on level change or additional services requested.

*NEW GUEST RESERVATIONS-We are excited to have you with us! Please note that we do require a credit card on file to reserve your first appointment. We thank you for your understanding.

*APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS-No shows will be charged 100% of the missed service and cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total to the credit card provided. We appreciate your understanding.

*HOUSE FEE- a 2.5% fee will be added to all final bills. This will assist with continued industry price increases while allowing us to continue to provide you with the superior quality of staff, service, products, environment and amenities you are accustomed to receiving at Beauty Bar! We appreciate your loyalty, and continued support!

*SPA GUESTS-To sustain a relaxed environment for our spa guests, we respectfully request children do not attend spa appointments.
